Hi everyone, here i am in Trinity motel, writing another long-to-be entry for my blog, from the comfort of my lil chair and table here and the nice connection here, i'm to start in a sec. ^^
Yesterday was my first day at Perth, the 16th of January, 2008, a memorable date for me as it starts off a brand new me in Perth as well as opens up the gates of my future ahead. I still remember as if it was yesterday....
5.00 a.m, think that's the earliest time that i woke up since my SPM finished up a month ago. I guess i couldn't sleep after calling off all my goodbyes and " I miss you a lot ", from the very bottom of my heart, i missed every single detail of Miri, the place which grew me up and which i learned so much from it. The first thing i tried to do was cuddle in my snoozy lil bed, trying to be a little kid for the one last time before i was about to leave. Just this moment, i called my two ever so innocent angel and we had a small chat. Even though it wasn't filled with all tears and tissues, i felt peace and support once again from them that would last me a year over there at Perth. I tried to call princess, but she seemed busy at that moment of the time, so i double checked all my stuff, and get readied all my bags, took my special necklace and shot my room one last time before seeing it in 10 months time again.

My room is only filled with all the stuff you see, but all the little pieces of beautiful nights i had in there, the place in which i had to thank for all the As i hope i might score in my SPM, and my ever so little world which i keep to myself.
Back to topic, later after that, i went down to had breakfast with my family, it was simple yet silence, most of us didn't say much, or could find anything else to say. Everything was spoken in the unspoken. Before Ricky went to school, we had a small prayer, especially for me and my studies. Dad started it and mommy continued half way in to finish it up. I was already in tears for my family and tilted my head upwards to wipe the mixtures of feelings off, i realized that everyone had their heads low, no doubt in tears as well. Well, it's normal, being my family and all that. Just then when i wanted to turn over and bid a final goodbye to my dear Ricky, he left with the school buss T.T Bummer right.... Well, we know that we'll meet again soon so there isn't much to say about.
Once again, i called my both sides of my grandparents to tell them that i was leaving , a few other tissues went into the dustbin again after the calls, guess that you just cry when you're leaving and you're leaving and heard like the blessings from your elders. Just just before i left, i took this not so good looking picture to remember how i looked before i left for Perth and how my eyes showed how much i really missed everyone.

Oh ya, mom gave me the cross necklace you see in the picture as a gift and as a reminder to be strong with God and never leave Him at Perth. Finally before i left, princess called back to my phone. I tried to cheer up the feeling and told her that i had something to say to her when i come back. We wished each other good luck and i locked it all up inside heart and brought it with me to perth.
To infinity. and beyond..... * To Brunei, and Perth *
Departing from home at 7.15, We went to pick up Kendrick, my new schoolmate going to canning with me on the same flight. Everyone had tears inside the little heart and eyes of us. As we were heading up, i found out that we had a lot of stuff in common, from the lappie we bought, our brothers of the same age, our size * and proud of it *, and others and others which i can't remember now. Thanks God for putting someone like Ken going with me together ^^. Along the road, we were constantly a little chatty, and silence, or just randomly talking a very general topic. I didn't spoke much on the trip, but just having so many nice flashback in Miri, from how i came, to who i am today.
Upon arrival in Brunei, it was around 9.30 if not mistaken. We wanted to check in early to avoid any sudden issue from turning everyone into chaos in any condition. It was all of a sudden i remembered of Naoki, who had such an overweighted luggage and wanted to check in with us to split up the weight. We waited and waited.... and took some nice photos....

We waited for 1 and half an hour, walking around, going to the toilet, and walk around more. Then it was really 2 hours before our flight so mom had to check all of us in when we found out that we only have sufficient weight limit for all of our bags. As we were talking about Naoki, she came with around 40kg of weight. Charged at RM80 per kg, she would have needed to pay a RM1.2k to get her extra 15 kg to Australia, but it was God's blessing that the person sitting behind the desk was not all that cruel to a student and let her pass, barely i think.
Inside the waiting hall, we keep our watches high for any other students following us to Perth, but to no avail, any were, so we just sat there, chit chat, with all the reminding from our parents, again, and we looked around. About 90% of the passengers boarding the flight were foreigners of Asia, most likely all going back to their homes.

As i was watching the plane, i ensured myself that then was the time, to leave the land in which we love so much for the time being...... Bye bye Miri, Sarawak, Malaysia
